The Web Store is a hosted web application which means we provide the hosted environment saving you the hassle of installing, maintaining, or upgrading any hardware or software.

All you need to manage your Web Store is the same web browser your customers will use to shop and order. We currently support Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.

How much does the Web Store cost?

We charge a monthly subscription fee based on the package that best fits your needs.

Our most basic package term is 3 months and there are no cancellation fees after 3 months. You can then choose to extend your plan month to month or purchase a discounted 6, 12 or 24 month package.

Does Rickera provide Services to help get started?

We sure do - our Web Store Pro Package provides every aspect of setting up your store, from the logos, photos, and configuration to the promotions necessary to bring new customers to your new site. It's a great package that provides tremendous value.

How do I get set up?

The first step is to pick one of the following packages:

1. Web Store Basic - This is our most basic package recommended for experienced web users comfortable with creating graphics and using web technology.

2. Web Store Pro - Provides all of the Web Store Basic features, plus a start-up set of services to launch the store quickly and effectively.
